We're open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. Need after-hours drop-off? Just let us know when you schedule and we'll accommodate your needs.
Yes! We stand behind our work with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on labor, whichever comes first. Parts warranties vary by manufacturer - we'll explain coverage details when you pick up your vehicle.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For large repairs, we also offer payment plans through CareCredit. Payment is due upon completion of service.
We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure timely service. Walk-ins are welcome, but may experience longer wait times. You can book online, call us at (775) 674-2266, or stop by in person.

Services & Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. After diagnosing your vehicle, we'll give you a detailed breakdown of costs before any work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay - no hidden fees.
For conventional oil: every 5,000 miles. For synthetic blend: every 7,500 miles. For full synthetic: every 7,500-10,000 miles. If you do severe driving (short trips, extreme heat, towing), change more frequently.
Watch for: squeaking or grinding noises, vibration when braking, a soft or spongy brake pedal, pulling to one side, or the brake warning light on your dashboard. If you notice any of these, schedule an inspection immediately.
We offer both OEM and quality aftermarket options. We'll explain your choices and their costs/benefits. All parts meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Your Vehicle

Routine services (oil change, tire rotation): 20-30 minutes. Brake pad replacement: 1-2 hours. Engine diagnostics: 30-60 minutes. Major repairs vary. We'll give you an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle.
Absolutely! We have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee, and magazines. Many of our customers prefer to wait. If it's a quick service, you can often stay in your car.
Don't panic - it could be something minor like a loose gas cap or something more serious. Schedule a diagnostic appointment and we'll identify the issue. Many problems, if caught early, are less expensive to repair.
